We had a very pleasant stay at this property.The host was exceptionally attentive and responded promptly to any questions or concerns that came up. The location was ideal, situated directly on the beach with beautiful views. Although the condo was a little dated, it was well-maintained and in good overall condition. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would stay here again in the future.

Location is very good. Easy in and out and access to the beach. Property is dated especially the bathrooms and both kinda small. Remainder of the condo was good. One day into the stay the auto door locking mechanism stopped looking the door upon exit. Nice having your own parking space, That's a plus and a short trip up the stairs to the front door. Also the main sliding door to the balcony had to remain shut due to falling debris from the underside of the above balcony. This was not disclosed at time of booking. You could still access the balcony from the bedroom. Overall a decent place for a short stay.

Great Location

We all loved the property. The balcony is huge...don't find that very often. Just far enough away from the shops for the beach to feel more private, but close enough to enjoy and have fun just a short drive East. We've stayed in Florida three times now in different locations and really felt at home here. Beds and living room furniture are comfortable. Property was very clean! Had to call customer service once and the lady was super nice and helpful. Overall there are no major complaints and had a wonderful stay here.

Stay at Gulf Winds

The unit is clean and in a great location! Can sit on the back porch and watch the sunrise and sunset. Walking to Peg Leg Peet's is definitely a perk! The unit does need some updating, but overall, our stay was great! Check in process from the time we booked was very easy and check out process as well. There as an issue one day with our door lock not working, but called the emergency number and the lock was fixed within 20 minutes. Will definitely stay with Pensacola Beach Properties again and will definitely look up this unit/location again.

Has it all!

This is only one flight of stairs up. There is an elevator but wasn’t necessary at all. Feet in the sand just over the dune. The beach is gorgeous! Loved it! The condo is very comfortable with a large deck and plenty of seating and comfy beds. We’d definitely stay again.

Great View-Privacy

The condo was clean, had washer/dryer combo and updated kitchen. The master bed was very comfortable and had a view of the ocean over the dunes.The guest shower had a fairly nasty shower curtain, not the glass doors shown.The guest bedroom was uncomfortable and sheets were to small. I feel it could use some decor. We did have issues with 3 outside lights being out and the master shower would not turn off, but we caught the maintenance man and he repaired the lights on the stairs and i called the phone number sent to me in a text to get maintenance to fix the shower, the number on the fridge would not answer. All in all I recommend the property. . We had a wonderful time and the wrap around balcony was great. the parking garage is a bit tight. They had beach equipment to use in the garage.The guest bedroom

We enjoyed our stay immensely in #101 Gulf Winds. It had everything needed. Highly recommended! The downsides: 1. Some cleaning needed - that there was a lot of dust on the AC door levers that we saw every time we walked by in the hall so we cleaned it. 2. Showers desperately need to be updated. Water spray in master bath was difficult to get hot water turned on. Shower curtains are nasty. 3. The dishwasher was impossible to get it to start because the start button is 1/4" below the counter ledge. A small renovation would fix that.

We had the best time at this location! We stayed with our 2 and 5 year olds and it was a perfect, convenient location with the easiest access to the beach. We used all amenities and appliances and everything worked great. We would absolutely stay here again!

The property was very nice. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, I loved having my coffee on the balcony every morning. The condo was very clean. The kitchen has been remodeled since the pictures were taken so that was a nice surprise that it was more open to the dining/living room. We would definitely stay here again.

Beachfront wraparound balcony 2 BR

The views were amazing. But
here are some things we want to bring to your attention. 1. The twin beds were SO uncomfortable that my husband slept on the sofa! The bedroom looked more like a hospital room than a welcoming bedroom. 2. After the first day, there was no hot water in the main bathroom; and the shower control in the other bathroom kept falling off. There also was no toilet tissue holder in the bathroom. 3. The unit was not welcoming at all. From the very worn front door mat to the dirty rug and sofa in the living room, the rusty balcony table, the unit really had no personality! A mirror was the only item on any wall
no artwork or pictures in any of the rooms, which made the unit feel Very Cold. It definitely needs “warming up” with some accessories and some Color! 4. With the views and direct access to the beach, I would suggest providing beach towels and beach chairs for your guests. We had to bring our own towels and chairs, and they take up a lot of room in a suitcase! 5. Dishes were chipped, some of the silverware was dirty, and we found clothing (not ours!) on the floor in the closet. . 6. Overall, the unit needs some serious updating and some repairs, considering the price you’re charging for it. We won’t stay there again! The only positive was the beautiful views.

Impressed with the location of this property. All was in order and beautiful. I hoped the beach was a little more accessible through the side gate but found our way around the building to the beach. I am sure there is a reason the gate was not a way to the beach.

Cozy Little Getaway

The views are great and the balcony is very spacious! Kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils.. cookware.. etc. It has a Keurig and regular coffee pot. It also has hair dryers and plenty of towels. Nice parking area. Minutes from restaurants.

Wonderful experience

Our stay was very relaxing!!! The Condo was nice and clean. Well stocked with kitchen equipment. There was even a Keurig as well as a regular coffee pot. The beds and pillows were very comfy!!

Acceptable; should have been better

The door to the air conditioning unit was covered with dust. I opened it. The filter was totally filthy with layers of old dirt. My nurse friend was afraid it had been there since the worst of Covid. The twin beds were noisy. The headboard of one had a screw missing, so the whole bed squeaked all night, each night. It also had a plastic mattress cover that mad crinkly noises all night. The other bed had a different sort of mattress cover, so it did not make noise. The noises kept the occupants from sleeping well. The primary bedroom was wonderful. Fix the twin bed issues and address the filter and dirty door, then all will be good.
