Property was clean and had a great view of the water with about as short of a walk to the beach as you could hope for. Gated access to the complex was simple to navigate and the two parking spots are right next to the stairs and elevator and were easy to get in and out of. We had plenty of space for four adults and two children. Even with a pack and play being setup in one of the bedrooms we were never cramped for space. Overall the property was great and we would look to stay here again if get to make another trip someday.

The stay was amazing. I would definitely stay at this location again. The views are beautiful access to the bay side beach and gulf! Just perfect location. I had to reach out once about a little inconvenience but they were very responsive. I would definitely recommend this location.

Great location. You could choose bayside or ocean side with quick and easy access to both. The condo was clean, clean had the necessities ( would be nice to add a few bottles of water as a welcomed treat). Loved the sunroom area the best.

Wonderful property, perfect location, quiet, and just beautiful! The mattresses were very comfortable, and it was very clean! We loved the office space overlooking the sound, as we needed to work a few days and didn't mind at all with the beautiful setup. The shades and four small ceiling fans were AMAZING in this area. I will be adding them to my home office. What a fantastic idea!! We love to cook, the kitchen is huge for a condo, the cookware/bakeware was fantastic, they had everything and more that is needed to cook the seafood we bought at Joe Patti's. The French press and electric kettle were a bonus; the Nutribullet made fantastic margaritas; the glass storage containers were a pleasant surprise; it was very nice to have actual wine glasses; and they even had two large freezer packs to use in our cooler for the beach. We used the box fan at night because I am always hot regardless of the temperature. The beach towels were great, the furniture was excellent quality, the extra blankets were comfy for my mother and father, and the pillows and mattresses had protectors, which I appreciated! The pool was heated and VERY clean. The loungers were of excellent quality. The elevator was very convenient to the location of the private parking and the condo. They even had "car cleaning" hoses to quickly get the salt water off our car. The property had luggage carts that we used. They provided granite-cleaning spray for the counters and cleaning supplies for the flat-top stove too.

The unit and location were beautiful. Both the unit and the grounds were clean and well kept, and the hosts had been very thoughtful in providing necessities for our stay, including the following:travel size shampoo, conditioner, hand and body soaps, lotion, bath salts, make-up wipes, body wash, magnifying mirror, starter laundry pods, dishwashing pods, and liquid, kitchen sponge, counter wipes, coffee packs and filters, paper towels, dish towels and even spices for cooking. These are in addition to what you'd expect to see in a rental unit. There were extra blankets and pillows, some games, cards, 4 beach chairs and towels, and a beach umbrella. Tip for renters: If you have heat and AC off and want to crack the BR sliding door for a fresh breeze and the sound of lapping waves just outside, close the BR door to the hall to avoid a screaming wind sound!We loved this place and will be recommending it to our friends and family members.

The view of the bay was awesome. The kitchen was supplied with everything needed to prepare a meal. It was a nice suprise to have beach chairs, umbrella & beach towels in the unit. Also, the small supply of essentials; dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, etc. was an unexpected bonus. Very detailed instructions for check in and parking. The owner has exceeded our expectations and we will be staying here again!

The condo was just as pictured. Extremely clean and tastefully decorated! The kitchen had everything you would need if you wanted to cook. Loved the double patios! Definitely would stay here again and recommend this condo!!

Perfect lodgings on the Gulf Coast

This wonder, comfortable two bedroom condo on Pensacola Bay was a great find! Roomie, great view, complex well maintained. Just a few steps to the pool, on the beach of the Bay and just across the road from the Gulf of Mexico. Next to the Fort Pickens reserve away from all the hustle and bustle of the tourist area. I will return again -and again!!

A perfect spring break!

We loved everything about the property. It was everything advertised and more. Reservations went well and the directions were great. Super clean with everything we needed. The property was gorgeous! It has been beautifully updated. The owners provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nice sized bedrooms with soft beds. I especially loved the kitchen and the two balconies that overlook the bay. Of course being across from the Gulf is a bonus.

Awesome condo & location

The property location was right near the national park entrance. Quiet area which was very nice. The condo was great - super clean and had almost everything one would want. Only suggestions we have is King bed could use a mattress update & higher end sheets and perhaps an upgrade to an espresso machine would be nice in such a nice condo. The furniture was tasteful and very comfy, tv options nice for watching Thanksgiving football and a plethora of other options. Truly enjoyed our stay - right on the water and hearing the waves was so peaceful. Highly recommend staying at this condo.
