Staff was great!!!! Breakfast had great options! Main building definitely needs an upgrade. AC wasn't great. Pair of someone else's panties were in the bathroom. Bathroom door barely opened . Outdoor pool was closed, indoor pool closed at 8pm, and there was no AC or air flow at all! Could have been worse but would probably stay somewhere else on our next visit

The TV was out the 1st 3 days, and there were men staying on our floor that would lay in the stairwell at night and would hang out by our car it was creepy.

I did not like because online you see the hotel is looking good but they have another shady building in the back side of main hotel they don't show online and they give me room in the back I didn't like means they hiding the information.

I had a great stay at this property! Everything was clean and well-maintained, including the pools and common areas. The breakfast was surprisingly good, and I felt very safe during my stay—there are plenty of security cameras throughout the property. The whole place smelled fresh and inviting, which was a nice touch. Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was also a big plus—just about 20 minutes from the beach and close to lots of restaurants and shopping options. Overall, a solid and comfortable stay. I’d definitely come back!

The rooms air conditioner was set to 61 degrees but the room was still hot. The shower/tub had holes in the fiberglass. We were offered two other rooms however one had floors that was caving in and the water would not stop running in the tub even though it was turned off. The manager refused a refund for the remaining 3 days even after we had to book another hotel and move. Worst experience ever!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Not the greatest place to stay

Our stay at this property was very poor. When we checked into our room, we were immediately met with the smell of smoke. The room smelled horrible and there was a towel covering the smoke detector. My toddler could not stay in that room. We requested a different and the staff obliged. However, housekeeping does not clean the room until you checkout. We stayed 2 nights. We had overflowing trash. This might be minuscule, but we had to ask more than once for extra towels. The free breakfast was decent. But overall, I will not be staying here again.

Not too “comfortable”

I was placed in room in the back, there was roaches and bait traps around. My two-year-old grandson was with me and that was a little dangerous. Also, the swimming pool was out of order. They had a big blue tarp over it and it was very hot that weekend. The other pool was an indoor pool and there seems to be a lot of people that live at the hotel, it felt a little unsafe And not very clean.

Had an awesome last minute birthday trip and stayed here. Let me start by saying every single staff I encountered from top of management to the housekeepers were so sweet & professional with great hospitality. I came in very early for check in due to cutting myself at the beach and needing to be cleaned up, and they assisted me in every way they could and offered me early check in. I was so thankful. Breakfast had plenty of options and was great everyday. Please ignore a pervious review made about the way the staff supposedly treats African American guests. I was an African American guest and they went above & beyond for me. Definitely would stay again.
