I'm going to preface this by saying that the only "issue" I could have had was that renovations were still being done around the entire building which limited some amenities. Mainly just the workout area, but not a big deal.
Otherwise, this place was amazing. I took my family down on short notice for spring break. My children range from 10-3. The condo has so much space and it was the best stocked rental we've ever seen. Grill, smoker, and the kitchen had everything we could have needed and more for our stay.
The bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Between the living room looking out onto the balcony over the ocean and the balcony chairs/couch....I'm not sure my family would have ever wanted to leave the condo to go explore if we didn't make them.
Everything was very clean when we got there and the check-in process was easy. We drove 14 hours which put us there after hours. We had instructions for the lock box to get the keys and how to get in without any issues. The next morning the manager reached out to make sure we got in without any issues and to let us know if we needed anything to simply call or text. Which came in handy because we needed some extra towels later in the week. Which were delivered within the hour after sending the message.
The surrounding area is beautiful with the beaches and you're only a 20-25 min drive, depending on traffic, to a lot of different fun things for the family. A few local zoos of varying sizes, putt-putt, go-karts, shopping, and a ton of great places to eat. The indoor/outdoor pool is also heated.
All in all, my family had a really great time and we were all sad to leave. We'll definitely be back!
On a side note: The management was very receptive and responsive about wanting to know if anything was wrong with the condo. There were a few items that had been previously reported that had been requested if they could take a look while we were there. This was fine as I had noticed them. While the maintenance guys were there we looked at a few other items I had noticed as well. These were documented and sent to the manager right there on the spot. To me, that shows that Vacasa is very dedicated in making sure that the places they manage are in the best shape possible. Which you don't see a lot of anymore. If people are still willing to pay and not complain, no need to fix things....but that isn't how Vacasa operates. It was refreshing to see that.
