DETAILED DESCRIPTION
This spacious studio is 1/2 of a duplex with a shared patio, yard and laundry.




*This 2 unit property was previously a single family home, each unit is completely private with its own entrance, however some noise does travel from one unit to the other.




PARKING


There is one off street parking space for you, plus plenty of free street parking.





OUTDOOR SPACES (shared)

Covered patio with dining table, and additional chairs.

A portion of the backyard is fenced, there's a fire pit, benches, and an outdoor dining table inside the fenced area! It's a great area to hang with your dogs.

This area is in the rear of the lot, your unit does not open into it.

We are happy to consider additional pets, just ask! We do not have species, breed, or size restrictions.
Your pet will likely encounter other animals during they stay since this is a 2 unit property, so we cannot accommodate reactive or aggressive animals.
The pet fee is for interior cleaning, and you will need to pick up any presents your pet deposits in the yard! We charge $75 if there's poop left behind.

Pets: Pleeeeeeease pick your dog poop in a timely manner. It attracts flies and kills the grass. If I have to do it I'll charge you $75.

I needed a pet friendly place to stay on short notice to attend a celebration of life for a family member. This studio suited my needs quite well. It's about 5 minutes from downtown; 25 minutes to the Pensacola Beach; and about 15-20 minutes from the airport. The host was very responsive when I had questions. And my dog enjoyed the grassy backyard.
