The view of the gulf is exquisite and directly on the water. Truly feels like a luxury hotel with beautiful rooms as well. The food is great as well. My only complaint is they should have better quality liquor at the bars for this quality of hotel!

Checking in was more complicated than necessary but after dealing with two different people, it was done. We wanted to pay cash toward our final bill and that caused the delay. Our room was comfortable and large by standard expectations. The bedding was fantastic! So plush and comfortable! The little refrigerator was old and had no freezer but it kept drinks cool enough. The television was difficult and needed a technician to help with it twice. Yes, there is cable but NO MOVIES available. We were unable to use “ On Demand “ for some reason. Thankfully, we didn’t spend enough time in the room to get annoyed by it. Drawer space was limited to three drawers and the closet was an open space, no doors. The bathroom was large and comfortable. The shower was huge! The towels were very sumptuous and of very high quality. There was a floor mat in the bathroom that first day but it was never replaced after the maid service. Maid service was good and readily available upon request The robes provided were nice. Nicole and Marshal were great bartenders! They were good at creating drinks upon request and so very friendly with great personalities. Donna was the best waitress in the restaurant period! The breakfast selection was good, and like all dishes served , the portions went from good to huge. We split dinner entrees after the first meal. The lunch and dinner menu were the same and offered no variation. We dined out a couple of times. Service out at the pool was prompt and the pool

I liked the very friendly and helpful staff from the people who clean the rooms, waiters and waitresses, pool staff etc. always willing to help. The thing this Pensacola Beach Tesirt could improve on is add ing more pool towels. They run out each day. I know this is not a big deal, but considering I like to end an evening with a good movie or interesting TV, I was disappointed. While booking our room, it was noted the hotel offered HBO and premium channels…..but that was not the case after speaking with the front desk.
