Nice condo, view were great Bathroom in master pretty cramped. Kitchen could use better cookware and more forks in silverware. Garbage disposal not very functional.Beds were very nice.

Less than great

Screen doors were broken and off tracks and several drawers in the bedrooms would not open and shut properly. Called mgmt within 30 minutes of arrival and was told maintenance would be there the next day and they never showed the entire week we were there. Disappointed!

Wonderful vacation!!

The condo was just as it was listed, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need and more!! The views were amazing and we once again loved staying at Ocean Breeze East! We would definitely choose this condo again for next year!! The host reached out to us to keep in touch.

A good Place to Stay

the property had some very small problems, lamp by the bed didn’t work, the dryer hose was disconnected and the MB fan didn’t work. The kitchen was modern, they had almost every appliance you can imagine and plenty of utensils. The streaming service was very spotty but you’re not there to view your devices. I liked the building and the people who live there as they were very friendly.

Great place to stay

We came for spring break with 3 kids (17,15,10) and my husband and I. We loved the beautiful views and the balcony was amazing! So close to the beach and easy access! Condo had everything we needed and they even had a few beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use!beach was very clean, pool was very clean, and condo was great!we could get to everything in 5-10 minutes for shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Fall Break at Ocean Breeze

We enjoyed our time together at Perdido Key. Patty was very responsive to our needs. Our main question was the pool not being accessible. It was our 8 week old granddaughter ‘s first trip to The Beach.

Charming

This three bedroom unit is very comfortable and stylishly decorated. Equipment in the kitchen ranges from exceptional with a ninja air fryer to adequate. The few is the morning sunrise and a beautiful beach and Gulf of Mexico. It is quiet, the pool is very nice, and beach access is close. It is a charming place to stay.

Late Summer stay

Ocean Breeze 501E. Condo was beautifully decorated. Kitchen was stocked with essentials for cooking. Coffee station included pod style coffee. Beautiful oceanfront view. All the beds were comfortable but a bit hard for our taste. Everything was very clean with no odors. The living room had new furniture which looked nice and the sofa was comfortable. However, the club chairs were nice to sit in but not for lounging. The owners replied in a timely manner. Pool was closed for unknown reasons during our stay which was a bit disappointing. Overall, lovely unit and would stay again.

Relaxing stay in spacious condo

We had a great week staying here. The place was clean on arrival and Had comfortable beds with room for 6 comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. The view of the Gulf was also really nice. I would stay here again.

Great stay at Perdido Key!

My family of 5 loved this unit and its location to everything. We prefer to stay where we are close to the water and where we can all have space. This condo fits the bill! This unit was very comfortable and my kids didn’t want to leave. The pool was nice when they didn’t want to be at the beach but wanted to swim A little more. Nice to have food and slushies just across the street too.

Beautiful Place

This place was exactly what we wanted. It had a beautiful few and was very clean. The only downside was the pool was closed for over half our trip and we had younger kids that wanted to be able to swim in the pool after the beach.

Great Stay/Trip With Limited Parking

Excellent with one sort of big negative. Like a lot of families with older children that obviously drive, the fact we were only allowed to have one car was somewhat very inconvenient. The offsite parking arrangement was at best 20 minutes away to and back. Plus, the fact we had to pay $53.00 to park 4 nights. I understand there is limited space but closer parking sites NEED to be found. Doubtful we will re-book another stay because of this arrangement.

Beautiful Place!

The condo was beautiful! It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The view and beach were amazing. We’d stay in this location again in a heartbeat. There are beach chairs and umbrellas in the closet off the porch. We didn’t find them till the last day.

Beautiful view in spacious condo!

We enjoyed our stay in this 3/2 spacious ocean front condo. Kitchen is well- equipped with anything you could need and included a coffee maker/Keurig combo. This is a low density complex and the beach area was not crowded. This is an older complex, but property seemed to have recent updates and the building was being painted during our stay. Location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. We walked across the street to Dave’s Snowballs, The Rolling Pin, Islander Food Shack and Villagio Perdido Town Centre. Owner includes discounts on outings through Itrips. Prompt communication from owner regarding any questions we had. Overall, a great stay!
