Check in and check out very easy and convenient Location and surroundings absolutely glorious And that’s pretty much it for the good… The room… 20 years ago would’ve been considered grossly outdated… while the beds in the two bedrooms were ok to sleep in, the pullout sofa had about a foot drop in the middle, by far the worst we’ve seen and impossible to get comfortable The lights were also very sad.. first impression when enter the room late evening sends you back in the post war era … the bathrooms ( we had a 2 beds 1.5 baths room) weren’t light enough for me to shave because of the same sad and outta place light bulb… And while the cleanness could be subjective, if you feel gross to take your shoes off and touch anything in the room you know something’s wrong. All in all, this is a degraded place running at the bare minimum only to milk as much as possible the tourists trying to enjoy the beauty of the Okanagan lake. My opinion.

We booked this motel based on the positive reviews, unfortunately we did not have the same good experience. The room assigned to us had several vertical blinds that were broken off and anyone walking by could see into our room. Also, the garbage and recycling bins (and overflow bags of garbage) were stored in front of our window. We could not open the window due to the smell. Finally, the TV did not work properly. To some extent, you get what you pay for and the Tiki Shores pricing was on the low end. However, the standards were considerably lower that one would expect in such a tourist town as Penticton.

Property was in great location. We had a great patio with bbq that accommodated 6 people. The units were clean but need an upgrade. Small inefficient fridge and very limited dishes, etc. The locking mechanism on our door was very difficult to lock.

Great spot easy to get around from here. Stayed with a young child, close to the park and restaurants with kid options. Kitchen in suit was a great addition to our stay. We will book here again!

The room was clean enough but the floors were dirty. I spilled a bit of water and used the hand towel to wipe it up. (There were no paper towels)and the towel was almost black. Had to wear socks. Maybe I should have told the front desk. Anyway, I would stay there again as it was an excellent location. Most the motels on the strip looked old.

This is a 2 star hotel. Room has a kitchenette with refrigerator, micro, coffee maker, and a hot plate to plug in. Very nice area, next to Okanagan Lake, dining near, grocery store 15 min walk. Bathroom ok but mold in bathtub, pool at the hotel. Small TV only one night stand.

The rooms that have a patio attatched are a great feature. The young lady checking us in was very friendly. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Bathroom was cramped the way the door opens but that was just a meaningless inconvenience.
