As we drove in a bit early and we expected to be took to wait a bit but the very kind ,friendly lady at the reception did our room and paperwork done and ready, we were gave our room key and taken to the (upgraded) room and showed around where light switches are and how to work the tv remote and AC controller, which noone does anymore . To our surprise the room was spotless clean, open with 2 queen beds and nice big washroom with tub. And the yard and parking all super neat and clean, nice pool and bbq area . Walking 6 minutes to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. I really found a hidden gem. Thank you for making our stay pleasant one.

Cute, quaint & Comfy

Super friendly. She even walked us to our room. Clean, cute, usable kitchenette , dishes, coffee pot, 2 burners, comfy bed, super hot water. Nice Bbq area with a couple of gazebo’s. Pool My only negative was the road noise.. after 12 pm, and we use a white noise machine.

Came to Penticton to mountain bike the KVR trail. This motel was clean and had secure parking. Bed was very firm. Maybe too firm.

We have stayed here many times. However lately the surrounding area is much busier and the rooms are in need of repairs. The floors are uneven. The shower screeches when the pressure is turned up and the water kettle had a loose connection. The worst thing was the heat building up in the early night due to a leak or pilot light in the heater.

Can’t wait to come back. Crispy clean sheets, everything you need. A warm welcome, quiet and comfortable nights sleep. This is not a fancy motel, it’s quite modest but very well cared for and and excellently priced too.

This was our second time staying here. It is quiet and clean and the owners/managers are such nice people. The price is fantastic and the rooms have a kitchenette and dining table which gives you the option of breakfast/lunch at “home”. I would definitely stay there again.

Great value and motel!

I can’t say enough good things. Going in I expected, given the affordability, what we used to call a flea bag motel. I was totally wrong. It’s family run, very clean, recently remodelled and updated. The family who runs it was greatly accommodating, and I was beyond impressed with the facility. I was visiting my Grammy who lives nearby, and I will happily stay again next time I go to see her.

I like the parking next to your room. Easy access to room. Room is clean. Staff is nice. Not so great is noise ( chair dragging from floor next door and other noices. but over all it was good. Can’t complain . We spent 1 day and we probably going to comeback in this place if we our on budget. Thanks for accomodating us.
