Great stay. The staff were excellent. Spacious room and ensuite. Very comfortable bed. Would highly recommend. No lift but stairs were manageable.

The team were fab! But it's a pub and at times I didn't feel safe with the members of the public that were in the bar and the smoking area. Other than that? The room was large and clean. Though I didn't get the cord for the shower, and shower curtain and water going everywhere.

Cosy English inn with a friendly atmosphere

Very traditional old English inn. Small cosy rooms, no air conditioning, no elevators , very friendly service. Breakfast is included and a great breakfast - close to train and bus station. City shops close by 6pm Would stay there next time again

Penzance lodging near Train Station

This was a very nice three day stay at the Longboat in Penzance. Very clean, very friendly place, and very secure. The breakfast offered is more than plentiful, and the service quite good.

Very close to the train station and the bus terminal, which was great for us as we had no car. Room was basic and small, but it was clean and comfortable. They have a breakout area on the first floor which is lovely to sit and watch the world go by.

One of our two Rooms was very small and second morning could not get the hot water service to turn on. Definately needs a renovation as carpets etc very worn Pub is great with friendly staff and great breakfasts.

The Longboat provided excellent service .The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. All worked well. The Longboat does not pretend to be the height of luxury.It provides good solid service which fully satisfied our needs on this short break. Walking distances to train and bus station. There is a bit of a walk up stairs with luggage. No elevator. The rooms are named after different places in area. The one downside is the dinning area needed reservations and stop food early. Luggage storage great. Communication prior to visit was amazing. Would stay there again and overall enjoyed visit.
