The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they were honestly the best part of our stay. Check-in was smooth and they treated us kindly throughout our visit. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was very outdated and did not meet our expectations. The hallways had a strong musty smell mixed with cigarette smoke, which made the environment feel unpleasant from the moment we walked in. Our room also needed a lot of attention and maintenance. Some of the furniture was broken and everything just felt old and worn down. Overall, the hotel could really benefit from updates, better cleaning, and general upkeep. While we appreciated the kindness of the staff, the condition of the property made our stay disappointing.
