A spacious, 3 bedroom holiday home in Perranporth with fantastic sea views!
Fully refurbished throughout 2020 and has been finished to a high standard. Situated just 5 minutes walk to Perranporth high street and beach, Gwel Angarder is in a great location if you want to drive as little as possible on your holiday!

Accommodation information
Gwel Angarder is arranged over 3 levels. Entry is on to the middle floor where you’ll find a spacious kitchen dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction hob, a large fridge freezer, microwave, dish washer and washing machine. At the dining end there is a large built in dining table to seat 8. There is a WC on this floor too. The lounge has a large corner sofa to seat 6, a 50” smart TV and DVD player. From the lounge there is a separate sitting area that leads out onto the balcony where you can enjoy views across the village of the beach and sea. Stairs lead down to the garden room, another sitting room with a 2-seater sofa which is a sofa bed for additional sleeping if required. There is a 40″ smart TV in this room and patio doors that lead out to the enclosed back garden from here.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a single day bed. This bedroom also has an en suite shower room. There are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with full size bunk beds. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over. All bedding, bath and hand towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
Fairlee and Warwick Lodge are nearby & might be suitable to book together with this one and are within a couple of minutes walk away.
Outside
To the front of the property there is parking for 2 cars. To the rear, there is an enclosed garden laid to lawn.
Location
Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. The village centre has a wide range of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
