A dream staycation!

Southview is one of the most unique, well thought out, cozy, luxurious stays we've ever had. The space is insane and even better than what you see on social media. Everything is executed to perfection. Amanda is the most kind, welcoming host and her talent for hospitality shines throughout the entire property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the West Barn! The attention to detail in the decor was outstanding. Visiting with the animals on the farm, collecting and eating fresh eggs, sipping hot coffee while watching the sunrise, and stargazing in the evening made the experience a memorable one. To top it all off, it was a short and easy drive to the variety of trailheads and lookouts in Letchworth State Park.

Another great stay!

This was our second stay and it was lovely. Amanda and the team pay special attention to all the details inside the barn and around the property, it’s truly a slice of heaven. Our family (adults included) love the animals and Griz makes sure we get to see them up close and feed them their favorite snacks. We will be back again and again!

This place is a one of a kind in the USA. Perfect spot for families, dogs, and friends. Beautifully decorated and designed. Amanda was accommodating, friendly, and professional. Will be returning if we ever travel in NY again! Thank you, we had a wonderful time!

One of the coolest places my family and I have ever stayed! The animal and dairy farm tours both incredible for our children and remarkably interesting/informative for my wide and I. Best Staycation in New York

absolutely one of my most favorite places to go. The barn itself is a treasure in the rooms and the spa like bathrooms and the decor are just amazing. It’s so quiet and relaxing and being close to Letchworth State Park is definitely a bonus. This time we actually visited downtown Perry New York, and found it to be wonderful. A great bakery and some wonderful places to shop. However, the true star of this staycation is Amanda and her personal gourmet chef meal that she comes in and cooks. Again, just an amazing time and I can’t wait to book our next stay

THE BEST!

Everything about this stay was amazing! The beds, the decor, the fresh eggs from the Chick Inn! The charcuterie and the cheesecake that we ordered were super good and such a treat! The farm was wonderful, we all fell in love with all of the animals. Amanda was super flexible and made us feel like part of the barn family! She brought fun treats for the kids to give the animals and gave tons of helpful suggestions of local things to do. This was the most thoughtfully curated experience anyone could hope for! Thank you so much and we cannot wait to be back!!!

Delightful, relaxing stay!

This is our second time staying at the Southview property, and it won't be the last. The property is exactly as described and pictured - the magic you see is exactly what you get. This is an excellent, family-friendly property. We travel with a hard-to-please "tweenager" who is easy to keep entertained here due to all the friendly animals and space to roam around independently. She describes the property as "endlessly aesthetic" -- Gen Alpha approves! (We parents also find the property to be endlessly aesthetic, if you are looking for a quiet, private, romantic getaway!)

This place was gorgeous. The animals were a nice addition. I loved visiting in the barn and meeting the Quaker parrot especially. So cool that you can pick a few vegetables from the various gardens if you like. Only thing I would add is one more tv and maybe make the master bedroom door a bit more easy to open and close.and maybe a bit more privacy in the Master bath. Overall a unique and gorgeous place.

Rustic chic retreat!

Dell collective thought of everything. 5 of us went away to celebrate a friend and we collected a weekend full of memories to nourish us for many months to come. From spending time with animals to cooking together in the well stocked kitchen to doing yoga in the silo, this place provided the best back drop anyone could ask for. The Dell Collective has a gift. The spaces are inviting, creative, and beautiful. We are hoping to make our weekend a yearly tradition in this unique space.

Another flawless stay with Dell Collective!

We have booked with Dell Collective several times now, and while we usually stay at the Cabin, this was our first time at Southview. It is honestly hard to decide which we liked better! While the Cabin has that signature cozy, warm vibe, Southview offers a beautiful, light, and airy experience that is perfect for a larger group. The home was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a family. The layout offered plenty of space for everyone to relax, and the location was perfect for exploring the local parks and trails. It truly felt like a home away from home. A highlight for us was the indoor hammocks—my kids spent almost their entire indoor time tucked away in them reading! My youngest has already put an indoor hammock at the top of his birthday wish list. From the high-quality linens to the incredible showers and bath, the attention to detail was impressive. It’s rare to find a space that is both high-style and highly functional, but Amanda has a gift for nailing that balance. Every one of her properties is amazing. We had a fantastic, stress-free experience from start to finish and will definitely be booking with Dell Collective again!
