We've been coming to Perryville every year for 25 years for our family reunion. We usually stay at Super-8 but my family said this was a better choice. Our reunion was cancelled on the checkout day because of severe storms with flash flooding which would have affected us. Unfortunately expedia only offered cancellation a week before checkin. Expedia said they called the hotel to work something out but since they get a cut of what i already paid i doubt that they even bothered. The hotel didnt care and wouldnt offer a break at all. Super-8 offered refunds a couple of times before because they wanted us to come back. Seems Holiday Inn would want us to come back with family next year so we'll just go back to Super-8. Ive also used Expedia for many years but I wont be using them anymore either.
