Lodge trÚs agréable pour visiter l'Ecosse

Un séjour inoubliable

Nous avons passé une super semaine de vacances à Perth dans un lodge accueillant et trÚs bien équipé. On se sent tout de suite chez soi d'autant que Sophia notre hÎte est d'une rare gentillesse et nous a donné de précieux conseils pour nous organiser dans la semaine en nous guidant parfois jusque dans la montagne. Une mention spéciale au jacuzzi présent dans le lodge. Tout était parfait et nous garderons un merveilleux souvenir de Sophia et de la région de Perth et nous recommandons sans réserves ce lieu de vacances.

Nous Ă©tions cinq personnes, deux couples et un adulte . Nous savons trouvĂ© sans problĂšme notre destination , Et lĂ  une petite merveille nous attendait . Nous avons rencontrĂ© des propriĂ©taires attentionnĂ©s, qui nous ont tout de suite dĂ©pannĂ© en nourriture et boisson diverses . À propos, le repas du soir Ă©tait succulent et prĂ©parĂ© par Sophia :) Nous avons Ă©tĂ© surpris agrĂ©ablement par la propretĂ© et l'Ă©quipement . Wonderful

The property was very clean and nicely maintained. It was just as advertised and met our expectations. The location was peaceful but may be a bit remote for some it was a great locatfor for visiting Perth and Dunkeld.

Secluded and Tranquil, Surrounded by Nature

This was a beautiful spacious cabin with 3 beds, large reception and all the provisions you could need on a 10 day holiday. 5 mins from the city and 5 mins from the carriageway to head north into the Cairngorms. The Manager was polite and courteous and the accommodation was spotlessly clean. Theres is a shared games room and weights just a 2 mins walk from the cabin with darts and table tennis for the kids.

Relax and recharge

Perfect place to get away and recharge. Fern lodge offers everything you need for a countryside getaway. Comfy beds and pillows. Spotlessly clean with nice furnishings. Nice views to a large pond with local wildlife to keep you company. The wheelchair access was a bonus giving our son more independence. Thanks to Donna for excellent communication.

Lovely home in Woods and farmland

Privacy: lovely setting with private walk in the woods out your doorstep. Quiet setting with small pond. Attractive wood interior, a clean home with everything we needed for cooking in and relaxing. Wood burning fireplace with wood supplied. Easy, pleasant communication with caretakers. Long drive in from main road but worth it. Drive to groceries, restaurants. Would love to stay again.

Great countryside property

Beautifully kept and well stocked property in lovely rolling countryside with buzzards, deer, bats and the odd roaming sheep! The lodge is remote enough to be peaceful and relaxing but still in easy driving or cycling reach of all the facilities in Perth and Bankfoot.

Absolutely loved Fern Lodge in both the sunshine and the rain! The place was spotless, well equipped, and comfortable. The steam room was a lovely bonus after a day of hiking. Perfectly situated for day trips to Edinburgh, Loch Lomond and the Cairngorms. Thanks Donna and Dave for sharing such a magical place with us!

Beautiful location, lovely lodge

We have really enjoyed our recent stay at Pitlandie. The lodge was lovely, well equipped and very cosy. Dave and Donna were really helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble for them. There is plenty to do, if you are able to drag yourself away from the view from the living room window - Dundee and Edinburgh both nearby, and lovely local shops for great food and gifts. We highly recommend Pitlandie.

Absolutely first class lodge in a wonderful location. It was our second stay here, and I could not rate it highly enough. If you are looking to stay in this area, you absolutely will not find a better place.

Peace and tranquility in beautiful surroundings

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lodge which was very well equipped, very clean and set in the most stunning surroundings. The private woods were a big hit with the children who loved going for late night walks. The only thing we could think of to make the experience even better would perhaps be a hot tub, but other than that we loved it! Would definitely recommend.

Lovely property in an idyllic setting

We all loved our week at Fern Lodge. The setting is absolutely lovely. There was a lovely welcome pack waiting for us when we arrived. My boys loved running about playing in the huge lawn and noticing all the wildlife around the pond area. The woods were a magical place to go for a stroll and well maintained. The property was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the steam room was a great place to relax after some of our long walks.we’d definitely like to return here again.

Amazing stay!

Beautiful lodge in a stunning setting. The lodge was very comfortable, super clean, lovely bedding and towels. There was everything you might need on your holidays, including essentials like dishwasher tablets, laundry liquid etc. Everything is very thought through by the owners. The steam room is a lovely treat at the end of the day. Great communication with the hosts. Very welcoming and making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We were welcomed by fresh flowers and some treats which was a lovely touch. The location of the lodge is perfect- so peaceful (lots of wildlife) but in the same time allow easy access to Perth, Dunkeld and other locations by car. We are looking forward to visit Pitlandie lodges again! Thank you very much Donna and David!

Perfect setting to relax and unwind

Loved our stay on this lodge. Surprisingly spacious property, well finished inside and out. Beds were comfortable, tastefully furnished, and loved the steam room. Loads of wildlife, we had fox, deer, hare and Jays in the garden. Very tranquil sitting on the decking, watching out over the dragonfly's on the pond.

Perfect place to escape to

I couldn't have been more pleased with Pitlandie Woods and Birch Lodge. The small forest footpaths adjacent to the house were magical. The view from almost every room comforting and lovely, especially the living room and kitchen which offers so much natural light through the glass doors . The open design and one -floor setup allowed my husband, who has a Parkinsonism, easy and safe access to every room. The furniture was comfortable, the decor was pleasing, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect for daily outings to a wide variety of beautiful places to see and explore. After 10 nights, were truly sad to leave. Scotland is wildly and stunningly perfect.
