Slightly old fashioned but well run motel with good facilities. Ideally situated for Kings Park, Subiaco and an easy drive from the Airport. Excellent rail services to Fremantle and Perth CBD.

The motel is in a good location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and equipment was spotless, clean. No noise, was quiet during our stay. The motel street entry (one way only) and exit of the motel was a bit inconvenient, but manageable. The entry to the rooms (second level) was a challenge with steep brick stairs only access. Not suitable for the elderly or disability needs. The outside night lights - well lit verandas, meant the room was bright during sleeping hours, it disturbed my sleep. Overall, a good place to stay for a one nighter.

Parking was a bit tight but despite being in a room overlooking the main road, traffic noise was minimal. Externally the property is looking a bit tired but the room was spotlessly clean and had all the basic facilities needed

The staff were polite and courteous. The building was older but very comfortable. The check in quick and easy. The room immaculate! Easy Parking. Lots of places to eat close by - we drove. Easy access. We will be returning. Very convenient for hospitals. I have MS - the small steps with good hand rails were easy for me to climb. Thank you 😊

Laid back friendly motel

Comfy bed, cosy atmosphere, no noise from the street even though the street where motel is busy street, friendly staff, close to Subi, walking distance to cafes, restaurants, food market etc. the room has a window to be able to open so we could get fresh air rather than stuffy air-con air like majority of city hotels.

So convenient for my trip from the country to Perth, the front desk ladies were SO polite, friendly & helpful. I'll always return as it is such a good location close to shops, transport & it is a lovely area in-spite it being on a main road, noise is not a problem

Everything what you need, easiness to go around

Everything what we needed. The location!! Walking distance from subi street , cafes and bars. The most comfy mattresses, kitchen, good working condition fridge and freezer, aircon swimming pool. The room was renovated, nice and clean with good housekeeping condition. Our room was located on the busy Thomas Street side, but we didn't hear any noise from the street. Car park is small, if overflowed, we are allowed to park on the Austin street, which is basically at back street. No charge.for car park , which is a bonus. The building looked outdated, but good old motel, with renovated room , nice pool and good friendly service desk. We will go back again. Thank you !!
