You’ll have full private access to the apartment, including all amenities and one secure car space. The apartment is located in a serviced building that also hosts Nesuto hotel guests. While a reception desk is located in the lobby, it is for Nesuto guests only — we are independent hosts and not affiliated with the hotel.

No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted at any time.

Strictly no smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony.

No pets allowed.

All guests must be registered with a valid photo ID before arrival.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

Maximum occupancy is strictly four (4) guests.

Replacement of lost or damaged keys/key cards: $50 each.
