The room I had had no kitchen but with lots of dining options available a couple of minutes walk away was not a issue. The room was huge, the bathroom with spa was amazing and the bed comfortable. A bus five minutes walk away took you to the train station and shopping mall.

Beautiful, clean apartment. Perfect location for the Aquarium and Hillarys boardwalk. Shower pressure in the main ensuite wasn’t great but all basic amenities were provided and we would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends

We absolutely loved our stay at Nautica residences in Hillarys. The location is perfect with shops, food, beach and aquarium steps away. The property feels super secure with gated entry at all access points and the below ground carpark was very convenient and secure also. Our room had 2 bedrooms each with an ensuite which was wonderful and the kitchen was fully equipped for all our needs. We stayed with our 8 month old who we were able to let crawl around as the room was clean and safe, the staff had a portacot set up for her with her own bedding and towel which was an added bonus! The pool was great but freezing! Plenty of space to laze around in the sun.

Great location. Apartment good and well equipped. Pool area a bit dated but ok. Let down by lack of curtains and aircon in bedrooms. 1 old cheap pedestal fan in each bedroom that you have to unplug lamps to use doesn’t cut it in Perth summer. Bedroom windows all locked and no key.
