Very clean and comfortable facility. Rooms were of a good size and well maintained. Very close to Kings Park (across the road), which provided a GREAT location for morning walks / runs. 200m or 500m to the free CAT bus service. 1km walk to Farmer Jacks supermarket. A pool would make this complex perfect.

The worst apartment hotel I have ever stayed at. The room looked directly into a dark brick wall which meant the room received no natural light and remained in darkness during a beautiful 30 degree day. The washing machine was broken and the mattresses (2 joint together as one queen) were so old and lumpy that I woke up with a sore back and neck throughout the nights.

The washing machine doesn't work for our executive room. The circuit breaker keeps turning off the washing machine. And the dryer doesn't work. Otherwise, everything else is perfect.

I have stayed in a few apartment's around Perth through work, however I booked this one myself. It is the best serviced apartment I have ever stayed in. Good area and the hotel was in great condition.

Hotel rooms are reasonably spacious and well equipped. Room and bathroom very clean, but let down by kitchenette (eg toaster, kettle as well as glasses, plates, etc) not being clean. VIP benefit of a $4 bottle of bubbles (and that is retail value) is not really a benefit.
