We had a 2 bedrooms room, everything we needed is there but it was not in clean condition. The curtains were dirty, the walls need to be painted. Spiders webs on the ceiling make me uncomfortable. This is not happening in a 4 star hotel. There is not enough free parking for everyone .

The hotel is extremely clean. It smells lovely and is in a fantastic location. We came for a sports tournmanet that was being played in Doubleview. The hotel has laundry facilities and decent packing. Also has an amazing french bakery and Dominos located in the building. Staff were lovely. Only thing that is a negative was the repair and maintenance was a little bit lacking. The rooms needed re-painting and proper touch ups and the drain doesnt drain very well and water floods the floors when the shower is in.

I booked this hotel for a two-night stay, arriving late in the evening. As soon as I opened the door to the room, I was hit by a horrible stench. I attempted to contact the after-hours number to report the issue but couldn't get through. The carpet was filthy and emitted such a strong, unpleasant smell that it was unbearable. I ended up sleeping with the balcony doors open just to tolerate the air — fortunately, I was on the third floor and felt safe doing so. The next morning, I explained the situation to reception and showed them the photos I had taken of the carpet. The staff member was apologetic, and offered a full refund that I had requested.

Excellent location in Scarborough. Spacious 2 bedroom studio room with all amenities required. Laundry room external to room on same level with free use of washing machine/dryer. Comfortable beds. Lovely balcony looking out to the ocean. Only downfall was minimal parking for guests and not many options along street.
