Staff was not as friendly as we are used to. Issues with keys opening doors and staff seemed overwhelmed. Breakfast was very chaotic and not many options for kids. Staff again seemed overwhelmed. Requested late check out and was accomadated but then hoise keeping kept knocking at our door and seemed annoyed with us....overall not very welcoming. Pool area was great and area is quiet. Not sure we would choose this hotel again though.

Great Stay!

My stay was overall great. The staff and room was nice. I am super picky with cleanliness. There were a few hairs in the shower but other than that, it was super clean. Also, there was a problem with the room card system but the staff was great and tried to make an inconvenience very convenient. They were kind and patient and very welcoming.
