I reserve the hotel room for two nights. My arrival was on the morning of the second day and when I arrived, I was told that the hotel room has been booked and no room was available. This seems unfair since I had paid for the two nights stay and ride late in the first day of my reservation. I think I am due a refund of the money that was paid for these rooms since I had to stay in another hotel. Please let me know how this can be arranged.

My suite had only a regular room with a tiny bathroom. Parking is on the street, and you have to move the car by 10 AM in the morning to avoid city parking fees. Dining option for breakfast is a local bakery with no healthy food options like protein.

Only complaint is alot of outside noise and people above us were very loud, stomping and sounded like what might have been moving furniture like a desk or chair often. Shukery restaurant was excellent and staff of hotel was great.

Dirty sheets and broken elevator

I have stayed herw before with no issue. I decided to remove the sheet that was tucked in to the mattress and when I did near the foot of the bed it revealed a dirty spot where feet would go. I wound up pulling back all of the sheet and found several hairs on it also. When I tried to take the elevator down it didnt move so I opened the door and walked down the stairs instead. Later on when trying to return to room the concierge asked us to not use the elevator as they werent working. Then after we went out for dinner we tried to take the stairs a group of people were gathered in the hallway sitting on chairs blocking the stairs so we took a chance and used the elevator and luckily it worked. The person checking us in was very friendly but unfortunately everything else was not. I have photos I tried to upload but the app wouldnt let me. I will add them if I can. I also emailed Hilton but they only said they would look into it.

The staff was so nice from minute one. I love how the lobby still flecks the original building. Rooms are very comfortable and linens top notch. We have stayed here twice each time more wonderful than the first.

Fabulous property with awesome general room - super inviting and made to spend time with friends while enjying a cocktail. The fireplace however was not working which was a disappointment and our room (224) was quite nosy in the morning which may explain the earplugs on the nightstand...
