With a 16 month old we opted for a the larger disabled room. The room was very clean, roomy and comfortable. Bathroom was very spacious and clean too. Comfortable beds. Staff were extremely friendly, very attractive to our son. The breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of cooked and continental foods. The pancakes were especially lovely. Parking on site. Room was nice and clean with good facilities, but the spa and swimming pools changing rooms need refurbishment, there was lockers without doors and even the lockers which had doors had their locks broken which couldn’t be used. I had leave my stuff in my room which wasn’t convenient.

The staff were all friendly and efficient. The room was cold on arrival but warmed up once we turned the radiator on. However, in the morning the radiator was cold and would not warm up. The hot air system took the chill off the room. Parking was easy, and service when dining in the restaurant was very good. It was quiet, and we had a good nights sleep.

I was staying at your UK Peterborough hotel. I'm sorry but I've paid a lot of money to have work carried outside my door when I was working. I know maintenance has to happen but when I asked if they could come another time I was rudely greatest. Everything else was fine and stay was ok after that bit for the whole afternoon yesterday it was appalling.
