We took a group of high school students for a fly fishing trip. The property was perfect for the group. They fished on the pond, played soccer, made sâmores, and played ghost in the graveyard. We would come back!
Our group had traveled from around the country to the area for a Penn State football weekend. We found this to be an idyllic stay away from the hectic post-game traffic. Communication was timely and flexibility was appreciated. Wish we got to stay longer!
Overall a great place to stay if you have a large group and not too worked about the location. The host made the check in process good and everything worked out for us!
Beautiful location and host , but many back/windy roads to PSU
We were greet by a super sweet lady, Sharon who showed us around the property. I would not
Consider this property as âhaving all the amenities of homeââas there is no WiFi, couch or tvâ but itâs the perfect place for. âCampingâ style trip as the mattresses are very thin. There are No places deliver food to this location so make sure to bring everything you need as the closest store is about 25 minutes away. Also a little further of a drive to PSU as we realized.
We will definitely be checking it out in the summer as it is a beautiful location and property with the pond. Sled riding would have been awesome in the winter. It really was a nice place, just know what to expect.
Itâs really fun , safe and natural beauty location . Hopefully come back soon for boating . I enjoyed hiking around . Overall everyone enjoy campfire with barbecue.
We were met at the property by Sharon, who showed us the cabin and gave us the keys for our stay. We were able to comfortably all spread out and spend time together, with plenty of room for the 14 of us. Beautiful location along the lake, and secluded; but not too far from town! Thank you again!!
