Location is absolutely perfect. 3 minute drive to Massif base, and 5 minutes to grocery/SAQ. Beautiful house, clean, warm, easy parking. (Note: I was here in the winter, but it looks like it has a great patio with a BBQ directly overlooking the St. Lawrence, so I would definitely come back in the summer).
