Lake view was wonderful, we spent a lot of time on the porch where there was plenty of seating for the 7 adults we had. Location was a short drive to Petoskey and a few wineries in the area. Everyone had their own space/bathrooms and beds were very comfortable. Would gladly book again!

The house was nicely furnished with everything we needed. The bedrooms had very good beds with comfortable linens. The kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed the big fenced in yard for the kids. The location was good and close to the bigger towns and the beaches.

What an awesome house! We enjoyed our stay immensely! Out of all the properties we have stayed at, this was by far the best stocked kitchen we have used. If you needed it, you could find it! We were able to cook a full French meal and eat it in the beautiful dining room!

Holiday Vacation

Family of 9 stayed at the Oden House over the Holidays. The layout and bedrooms are great for a large gathering. This was the second time renting this property and highly recommend.

Very spacious the kitchen was well supplied With over 10 table settings. The walking trail being only one block away was very very nice. I would recommend going to the fish hatchery. I would say Lakeview not Lakefront since you have to cross a major road so be careful if you try to cross right across from the house because the road is busy and at 45 mph but it’s a nice little park. The bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. being an old house it was nice and cozy though.

We had a terrific time! The home is in a great location and the bedroom/bathroom set up is ideal! Beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The rental process was easy and management was responsive. We would stay again!

Amazing beautiful home!

The beautiful spacious house was perfect for our bachelorette party weekend! We had 8 adults who fit very comfortably in the house! The bedrooms were big and we had plenty of room! Beautiful house- highly recommend and would love to return with our family!

Classic Old School Charm

Great location to ski areas and a couple of nearby restaurants. Super clean and everything was as advertised. Only negative is road noise if you are a light sleeper.
