Staff were very attentive and hospitable. Complimentary room items were great as didn’t feel like you were being nickel and dimmed for things like water and soda. Would have been nice to have beer in the restaurant though

The room and service was amazing! The food was first-rate and you can’t beat the location! They also arranged for a driver to pick me up from the airport and take me to Wadi Rum. He was excellent! This hotel is beautiful and I can’t recommend it enough.
