O hotel é muito bonito, localização ótima, vista impecável, atendimento receptveis. Só deixou a desejar no conforto das camas e café da manhã, mais indicaria.

Vista panorâmica da cidade

O hotel não dispõe de elevador, sendo proibitivo para quem tem dificuldade de locomoção. Está localizado em uma encosta o que disponibiliza linda vista panorâmica da cidade, porém exige deslocamento por automóvel. Café da manhã razoável. Funcionários atenciosos.

Pontos positivos: Linda vista de Nova Friburgo; áreas de convivência (internas e externas) muito agradáveis e bem cuidadas; apartamento simples, porém limpo e espaçoso; funcionários atenciosos. Pontos negativos: próximo ao hotel há curvas fechadas e ingremes. O hotel não possui elevadores e não há rampas de acesso para pessoas com necessidades especiais. Café da manhã razoável.

Localização privilegiada pela vista da cidade.

Equipe prestativa e solícita. Quartos confortáveis e ambientes muito agradáveis. O carro chefe do hotel fica por conta de um café da manhã com vista panorâmica da cidade. Proximidade com pontos turísticos como o teleférico por exemplo.

Constrangimento por falta de comunicação

No checkout, houve um pequeno constrangimento por parte da atendente do hotel que afirmou por várias vezes que o Hoteis.com não passou pra eles o e-mail confirmando a reserva e cancelando a anterior. Tive que abrir meu e-mail comprovando e ela teimou que não tinha recebido o e-mail, mesmo eu já tendo avisado a ela que o débito já havia sido efetuado no cartão de crédito. Depois de muito insistir, ela disse que encontrou o e-mail com o novo número de cartão e efetuou o procedimento. Mas foi muito constrangedor pois haviam algumas pessoas na recepção no momento do checkout. Precisa melhorar a comunicação da Hoteis.com com esse hotel. Caso contrário, a gente até desanima de fazer um novo agendamento através do portal.
