Location, location, location— CQ is in the heart of it all, walkable from Rittenhouse Square, City Hall, and even the Art Museum. Tons of great restaurants and cafes in the area. Lots and lots of shopping too, including the Liberty Shoppes mall across the street. Room itself was quite small (typical of city hotels) but clean with a comfy bed and a good shower. Reception desk on the 2nd floor and elevators/doors that require keycards so we felt extra safe. The staff was nice and helpful, especially re: storing our luggage. The only two downsides: 1. Parking is very difficult in this area (we used SpotHero to find an affordable indoor parking garage spot, but it was a good 17 minute walk away): 2. CQs no longer offer comp late-checkouts or grace periods…. Instead they charge $50 for this. Boo! Still, overall, this was a great find at a good price. Recommend!

The lobby area of hotel was comfortable, the elevators were quick, the staff was great and the location was perfect for shopping and definitely dining. The downside was the room being so small; thankfully I was alone because that room was as small as a standard on a cruise ship.

I love CQ and Philly!

I love Club Quarters and always stay here when I come to Philly. The rooms are very small with not many extras, but the free refillable water bottles and morning coffee and espresso are great. Location is perfect, right at the base of those two main Philly buildings in the center of the city near everything. It is definitely a great value and I will continue to stay here every time I come to Philly! (Which has been often; about 6 times in the last two years. I love Philly!)

Front stuffs are very rude and unprofessional. I have upgraded my room ahead of time but they have no idea about my upgrades and provided me regular room. Had to wait for over half an hour to figure out about my upgrade. Rooms are very old and nothing looks like the picture. Shower water and sink water flow is very poor. No doubt it’s a budget friendly place. But this place is definitely not 4 star place.

this is everything every other review mentions. It was clean, in a good location, and good service. Parking across the street in the garage. The hotel is very unassuming & quaint. The room was small but we didn’t mind. The hotel is extremely quaint to put it best.

I have a dirty room that needs a serious deep cleaning. There are different-colored spots all over the carpet, a few spots on the walls, and one of the towels smelled terrible! The bed was nice and comfy, and there was a Nice Nespresso coffee machine and a few pods. I love the area where the hotel is located. The hotel has a nice lobby, and a gentleman in the reception area is friendly and willing to help if needed. I did a self-check-in and online checkout. Overall 5/10.
