Outside of inability to control heat/air in room it was great. Super nice front desk, great deal and convenient to the basketball tournament location we were in town for. Def stay here again in future.

I got charged twice for my room. We stayed 3 nights never got any clean towels. They never emptied our garbage or made the bed. I do not think staff ever came in our room at all.
