The phone to call the lobby didn’t work, and the room wasn’t cleaned daily. The breakfast options were limited, and it wasn’t clear if I needed to pay after (I didn’t). The attendance during my stay was also quite poor.

When I made the room reservations, I my cancellation option indicated that breakfast was free. However, when I visited the breakfast bar, I was told the opposite, breakfast was not free and there was a cost involved. I chose to skip breakfast and checked out approximately 8:45 a.m. Was disappointed that breakfast came at a cost.

I will never stay at this hotel ever. I am not allowed to be specific on here but what I will say is don’t do it. The upper management customer service is terrible and I’ve never been treated like this. Not only was I treated poorly but they took my money for a four night stay. Do the math.

As a frequent traveler, and a Bonvoy Member, I will never stay at this particular hotel ever. I paid for three reservations and did not stay due to family tragedy. They kept my money and basically said so sad not sorry.

Worst customer service ever. I had three reservations and was charged for all three even though I was not able to be there due to extreme unforseen circumstances. I cannot be specific or this will not be posted. Imagine the worst. That is what happened. Thank you for making something horrible even worse.
