My refrigerator was warm when I came in. I traveled with expensive supplements that required refrigeration. I contacted the front desk who promptly sent up an engineer. The engineer tested the refrigerators power chord and connections. He hit the 2hr reset button. Told me that it would cool off quickly for 2 hours and then stay cold. It only ran for 2 hours and all my meds got warm over night. I addressed this on three occasions with the third being with the manager. All employees were professional and pleasant. I was told this problem needed additional guidance due to purchasing through Expedia. The restaurant was excellent and I ate there every evening. The staff at the restaurant were excellent. Aside from this refrigerator issue and losing 200.00+ worth of supplements I would otherwise recommend this location.

We had a great experience here last year, so we were excited to stay here again. The location is perfect! Unfortunately, there was a huge line upon check in. We waited a good 15-20 minutes. Our room was pretty clean except for the peeling paint or wallpaper in the bathroom above the mirror. I assume it is due to the lack of fan in the bathroom, making the condensation buildup crazy. All of our items in the bathroom were soaked after each shower as well. The ice machine was broken on our floor. We had to go down 3 floors if we wanted ice. When checking out, they didn’t even ask us about our overall stay. This was shocking. There was at least one group of loud partiers staying wire as well, which interrupted the sleep of other families that we traveled with, as they were on the same floor. As I said, we stayed here last year and loved it, but this stay was a pretty disappointing.
