Nice but can be noisy

While the hotel room was clean, bed comfortable, pantry on 12th floor a nice surprise, the open "courtyard" design isn't conducive to quiet if there are people enjoying the space. Not sure if the sound reduces on the upper floors as I was on 3rd. and sitting area on 2nd. Other than that, it was fine for an overnight stay.

Nice looking property. Friendly staff. The bar, restaurant and Market were convenient and the food and the food and drinks were good. The Pantry was a nice add on to our room until the last night when it was practically empty of snacks. Parking was $25/day.

Horrible experience

Overall stay was not good. The only good points of this trip was the person who checked us in. All other front desk staff were rude and gave attitude. We called the front desk three times during the trip because we needed extra linen and towels. The first time we got someone but they never came up with anything. The other times we didn’t get anyone or they hung up on us. When we asked them for toilet paper because they only gave us one when we got there the front desk gave my wife attitude. It says it’s a four star hotel but the only thing that was 4 stars was the lobby. Every other part of the experience was 1 star to say the least. This was the worst experience from a hotel that I have had. It felt more like a motel stay not a four star hotel stay.

After shower water was leaking profusely. I told the front desk & yet still have the same issue the second day. There’s no microwave in the room - had to go to first floor to heat food. Aside from those two issues, the Hotel is beautiful & shuttle service is excellent. Door card is also great unlike other hotels.
