The hotel room was great, staff were great. I did lower stars because someone was able to use my room number and name to make purchases at the restaurant/bar inside the hotel. It put me out $100 and the hotel said it’ll take a little over 10 days to get my money back. So that sucked.

The room was in "ok" condition" that said it looked as is if the door had been broken in at some point and the lock was all out of alignment. And the frame was bent up. There was also a huge slit in the carpet in the entry. Parking is not included which was a surprise. Salad with a little bit of chicken for dinner took forever (40 minutes) and was small and pricey. Overall not the worst place , definitely not the best.

We were only there for a few hours to get some sleep before a 6:15am flight, but the hotel was fantastic. The lobby was beautifully decorated and the room was very clean. We were greeted and made to feel welcome.

Front desk staff was great, service and food at restaurant really good and rooms comfortable. Only negatives: My sink drained very slowly. Shuttle driver from airport was quite rude to a driver whose car was blocking the entrance and he wouldn’t let us out until I asked him twice, even though we were only a few yards further away from front door).
