Rooms are in need of makeover. Ottoman had worn surfaces and torn frabic hanging from bottom. Bathroom toilet poorly flushed and ran. Bathroom floor and area had rust stains. Lighr bulb was missing out of nightstand light. Wood furniture looks old and in need of a makeover. They said breakfast was over at 1000am but was taking the food away at 935am ish. The pool was also out of order.

This Embassy Suite is dated and old. The shower head has a lot of grime buildup. Asked the staff to have it cleaned but was never done. It is ridiculous to compel guest to pay additional for parking and there is no free parking. The only saving grace about this hotel is omelette, other breakfast sucks and my experience was horrendous.

The staff were great. Location of the hotel was also great. The room was clean however definitely could have used some fixing up. Hole in the door that was covered by tape and the ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart. The breakfast was plentiful, however get there early for best quality. Over all the atmosphere and conditions of the over all establishment was pleasant.

Worst experience at a Hilton property this far, room did not get cleaned after second night, despite multiple attempts of trying to get housekeeping attention. First night after checking in, realized only 3 towels were in the room, needed four. Requested for the extra towels as well as an extra blanket and pillow for my teenage sons to sleep on sofa bed; the housekeeping personnel drop off initially the blanket and came back 10 minutes later with the towels unfolded and dragging them on the floor. I have never experienced this in my entire 30+ years of traveling around the world. The personnel was also waiting around for a tip. I expect consistency when I stay at Hilton properties and this time this property failed at this expectation.
