While the staff was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to make every guest feel welcomed and appreciated, my overall experience was impacted by several issues. The primary reason for my lower rating is the housekeeping and valet service. Housekeeping fell short—upon checking into my room, I found the complimentary toiletries (body wash, shampoo, and conditioner) were all completely empty. Additionally, I developed a strange rash from the bedding, which was concerning and unpleasant. As for the valet service, which costs around $70 per night, the experience was frustrating. Despite the stated 30-minute retrieval time, I often had to wait 45 minutes or longer for my vehicle. This happened multiple times throughout my stay, and it seemed the valet team was either understaffed or not consistently on site. While the hospitality of the front-line staff was a highlight, the inconsistencies in service and cleanliness made the overall experience disappointing.

Malik and Giovanni were both very helpful when we checked in and throughout our trip. We loved the location and how easy it was to walk to the places we wanted to go. We also appreciated the close connection to gayborhood.
