Overall, the hotel was ok. The bed was good. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Check-in experience was terrible. The lady at the front desk was very rude. There was no ability to pay deposit with my phone. Only physical card was accepted. That never happened to me before in Europe so that was difficult to handle. Breakfast was very limited and not really good. The staff at the restaurant was very nice and attentive though. The hotel corresponds its 3 stars. The biggest drawback is the rudeness of the staff. Other things were bearable and didn’t ruin my stay

I really enjoyed the hotel amenities, but in all honesty the clothing iron table what broken and out of sync, I’d say replace them with the ones that have stay put Matts. The surrounding area from the hotel was kinda scary, the surroundings had people with drugs and littering around the street. In some corners it’s a bit dark. There’s also an exit way for parking that makes a sound and advices people when a car is coming. I recommend instead of being stuck to the wall having it as an out of wall sign, so when people are passing and cars are passing it can be clear visibility that a car is coming down, that way it guarantees safer transit for all. The staff was amazing and provided great hospitality. The shampoo and conditioner were great, excellent quality. Overall a really good experience. I’ve pointed out some minor improvements to guarantee and even better experience. Will be staying in another Hilton in the future for sure.

The pads were super comfortable. Rooms are clean. It’s in my only complaint. Was the water pressure for the Schauer wasn’t great other than that. Lovely day great location.

The property is in the center of downtown. Very close to a lot of dining area, such as the market and Chinatown restaurants. Parking is shared with the convention center and it will take you a bit to figure out.
