The breakfast was $15.99 a person and the room was okay. Could be cleaner !! The door was also super hard to get open, kept getting stuck on the floor, and the elevator was broken so it took like twenty mins to get to the 5th floor only one elevator was functional!!

The room had weird white shavings everywhere and the door was hard to open it kept getting stuck on the floor and you had to shove it open. the bathroom looked like it was never cleaned. Breakfast was $15.99 a person, and it was just basic hotel breakfast. We wound up going out for breakfast and spend way less at cracker barrrel. But the staff was super friendly and the pool was a nice bonus !! There's also hardly any parking too. So we had to park pretty far ! Also the elevator was broken so only one elevator for the entire hotel. There was a super long wait anytime you needed to use the elevator and we were on the 5th floor!
This was my first and last time at this hotel motel ,very disgusting I can’t even find word to discribe how dirty and the bath room was .the shower head was broken and the water wouldn’t go away from the tub .customer service took forever to bring and send extra towel ,the location was great but bad stay
HORRIBLE! Came at check in rooms weren’t available for over an hour and I booked for the 8th to the 9th and they booked a 2nd night without my authorization for the 7th which resulted in me coming as a no show and being charged. I had to call hotels.com to sort it all out in which the hotel couldn’t do much and I had to be temporarily charged full price for the hotel with no discount. The room I booked 8-9 was king size and they had NONE available so we settled for 2 beds queen but went to the room and the tub had black spots on it and it just wasn’t anything I could settle for. I asked for a refund and booked a hotel down the road 16 min away which was phenomenal. I’m still stuck on how the cleaning crew didn’t have rooms ready when everyone in the lobby was there at check in. The wait was horrible my food I brought in was cold it was just bad energy and I couldn’t stay longer now waiting on my refund from hotels.com and this terrible hotel. The front desk was helpful and it was not her fault but the hotel itself needs to tighten up because it was very unprofessional. How do you book a extra night on someone’s account without authorization? I would have went the 7th if I was aware but even then I requested a king bed. Still upset and my reservation was canceled for a restaurant nearby. Very upset. -1 star
