The staff was very courteous, but the TV in my room did not work. Also, it was a 45-minute wait for the shuttle to arrive at the airport. I had to call them 3x to check the status of the shuttle.

This is just a perfect set up for an Eagles game. Easy in and out with the shuttle. Good rooms, so convenient to the pre and post game and stadium, can’t say enough!

There wasn’t any complimentary coffee set up in the lobby. The hotel does not provide a continental breakfast like most major brands. The was no microwave in the room for guests. The free WiFi only worked for half of our stay. We were pretty disappointed overall.

dirty and beat up. room smelled like smoke upon check in. we notified the staff but were immediately leaving for a game and leaving in the morning so did not ask to move rooms. the entire floor smelled like smoke when getting off the elevator. they then charged us $270 for a smoking fee. they also either lied or had not clue how their own airport shuttle worked and almost missed our flight.
