The only thing I didn't like was that the woman at the desk didn't give me the water that the hotel always gives you as a courtesy because she wouldn't get up from her seat. The person was very obese and maybe that's why she didn't want to get up from her seat. Then I went back to ask her for the water and she told me to go to the refrigerator and get it from there, when the little bags of water that the hotel gives away were only a step away from her.

Very Nice - the the little things were a pain.

Overall, it is a very nice place, but some basic changes are needed. Recommendations - fix the Tvs, fix the furniture that is damaged and can you please provide more than 1 knife, fork and a spoon.

I have stayed in this hotel a few times. It’s a good value. Spacious and comfortable. Nice to have the mini kitchen. Full size refrigerator. Decent breakfast options. It is near the train station do you might hear the trains.

Great for Short or Long Stays

Had a fantastic experience here! The room was spacious and clean, and it had a full kitchen and fridge! Amenities were great. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is set a ways back from the main road but is very easy to get to. It was a bit odd that they charged $5 for parking, as it wasn’t in an area that had limited parking availability, but other than that I had a great stay! Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

I can't help but provide a poor rating given the hotel's audactiy to charge $5 a day for parking. This hotel is not in a city or anything. I have NEVER seen this happen at a hotel like this in some suburban area. They didn't even take my plate info, just the car color and make. Struck me as a rip-off. Would not stay here again because of that.

When traveling to eastern PA to visit relatives, I have stayed here for over 30 years and have had no complaints. Even though they have loads of parking spaces around the hotel, they are now charging $5 for a parking fee.(I'm not sure if that is per night or visit-have to check the bill.) I'm parking often in the exact same space I have parked in before, but now have to pay for it! They always had wonderfully comfortable mattresses, but it appears they got new mattresses and they're not half as comfortable. I had to ask for several blankets so I could make a pallet on top of the bed to sleep on, as the first night my body ached from sleeping on a much firmer mattress. Some will love that type of mattress, but I didn't.

In a day when many hotels are less than clean, even when rated a “4 star” this was very clean. From the lobby to the hallways to the room, it was better than I had hoped for. Great experience.
