Staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub were both clean. The room was nice and glad it included a fully stocked kitchenette with microwave. I would return. However, I would have given this review a rating, if the restaurant was fully stocked and operational and bar severed better made/poured decent drinks.

The staff were polite. The room was very worn. Rust on the bathroom lights. Bath tub had a big chip in it. Furniture was cheap & worn. The night stand had veneer pieces on top were missing. The carpet was bumpy & creased. I have stayed at many Hyatt Hotels, but this location should NOT be rated “exceptional!”

The hotel is located right by the Mall. The room was really spacious and very clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good too.

The staff at check in was great, polite and friendly. We had attempt to order some food at 9:15 on a Saturday night and was told the kitchen was closed. The menu stated it closed at 10. A few hours after check out, we realized some Apple products were left behind. The front desk was rude and accusatory. Insinuating they must be in our small overnight bag. She refused to call housekeeping to ask and only after a lengthy conversation, reluctantly agreed to put point onto our membership, yet refused to do it in front of us. An overall good location and experience was ruined by a rude young lady with zero customer service skills.

Great hotel choice

First time staying at a Hyatt house, and it was wonderful! All the amenities of an extended stay with a modern appeal. Bonus is to have the mall near by.
