The room was clean but the furniture was clearly beat up and in poor condition. The water pressure was terrible. There was trash outside of the entrance that was never cleaned up. The pool hours were not being enforced nor was the pool water clean enough to swim in. The worst part about the stay was that the breakfast was inedible and there was not one clean table to sit at. Trash and food covered most of the tables and the ladies working the downstairs area were leaning and talking to each other instead of making it possible to eat at a table. I will never stay at this hotel again

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt it was necessary to share my experience about this hotel. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The pictures looked nothing like the rooms in person. The room was filthy and dirty. The water was cold for the first 10 minutes. The refrigerator froze everything I put in it. The pool was disgusting and dirty. The breakfast smelled so bad that my children almost puked, just from looking at and smelling it. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Do not stay there, despite it being a cheap hotel. It’s not worth suffering.

The first room we were assigned after checking in had a non-functional bathroom, so they had to move us. We moved to another room, but in that bathroom, the sink didn't work, and the shower doors didn't have handles. They didn't empty the trash at any point during our stay. I didn't enjoy breakfast on either of the two days because the area was very dirty and disorganized, and the food was poorly presented, handled carelessly, and lacked any kind of order or supervision from the staff. Bad experience!

I went downstairs to have breakfast with my lady and there was no orange juice or any kind of juice out. When we asked staff about it, she said “We didn’t know a lot of people were going to be here”. We asked for a manager and the manager says “I understand”. Still nothing was done and we had to drink tea to substitute orange juice. Customer service was terrible, we probably won’t come back

The room itself was fine but the furniture had scratches and looked old. Needs some updating. Loved the living area where u can lounge. No microwave in the room is an issue. The main reason this hotel got a 3 was their breakfast. Absolutely horrible. Lets start, they had french toast sticks but said they ran out of syrup. I asked for them to refill the carafe with hot water, she ends up bringing me 2 cups of hot water. I aaked for cold water she said all they have was the water with lemon in a container. They have no juice machine. Food was cold. Ham was tough. All they had was cereal, no oatmeal. They had toast, no bagels, muffins or any pastries. Very limited options to highlight hot breakfast. Wont stay there again. Best part was bed was very comfortable.

The staff was nice. The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast....left alot to be desired. French toast...no syrup. No hot water for tea. No juice or plain cold water...only water with oranges or lemons in it. And lastly, cold eggs. If you don't care about getting breakfast at the hotel, it's fine.
