This was the worst VRBO experience I have ever had. The Biggest warning/red flag should have been when we and our guests were asked to submit social security numbers and copies of photo IDs prior to check in (incredibly unnecessarily invasive for a weekend getaway)Then there was the check in debacle. check in time changed from 3 to 4 day ofno clear checkin directions were provided When we arrived at 730p we had to call to get the building access codeAfter being placed on an extensive hold we were only then provided with some (not all) necessary information (like WiFi account password and login)Searching for the WiFi on our own resulted in finding several NSFW WiFi accounts, but none obviously connected to the rental unit. (We had to find the actual router in the apartment to figure out that we should be using the account titled “building 10” — despite actually staying in building 6)The Unit we received was also NOT as pictured; different (lower end) furniture, kitchen cabinets and appliances — no stainless steel anything.-bedroom windows were right on the street-apartment directly across from the very loud elevator and elevator roomThe Bed in Master bedroom had a burn hole you could feel and see through the sheetThere were no lights anywhere near the dining table (or the back half of the common area, for that matter)You can hear every step the people take in the apartment aboveThe place was not well stocked. Only 4 sets of dishes. No sponge or cleaning brush f
