The staff and service were generally good — friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the property condition and facilities were very poor. The rooms and common areas felt dirty and outdated, and the environment overall did not feel comfortable. The area around the property was also disappointing. It felt unsafe, noisy, and inconvenient, with very limited dining options and transportation access. Overall, while the staff did their best, the property itself and its surroundings made the stay unpleasant.

TERRIBLE STAYING HERE

The room wasn't clean. There were hairs in the sheets, and crumbs, that means that you don't even wash the sheets. In the bathroom sink there were hairs like if someone shaved, you didn't even have the courtesy of making it go away at least with water. TERRIBLE STAY.

Floor never been mopped, seen maybe 2-3 roaches, room smells like basement, open doors if no one going to stay in the place for a while. Other than that I worked with what I had. Thank you.

The bed was noisy every time you move, the tub was nasty, had to put floor mat in tub to shower. No refrigerator nor microwave and I killed roaches the entire time I was there. My husband and I came in from the game and as we arrived back to our room a woman was using the outside as the bathroom. She got upset with us because we caught her.

Their service was good. The only problem is we had a long layover, and everything. Around the area was booked. So we gave it the benefit of a doubt according to the photos. Well, those pictures were very deceiving because when we got there, it was a strong smell smell of smoke. We could hardly breathe. And never mind, get rest, we woke up the next day, smelling like we had smoked cigarettes, and we are not smokers and smelled liked it. We were traumatized by our experience. So hopefully this helps other people not fall for the pictures online. Ps i couldn't take a peaceful p*** because i' a roach appeared, and so I will sit in at the toilet.

Room smelled like urine and cigarettes, even though it was a Non-smoking room. Poorly cleaned by staff, you can see dirty-water streaks on the tv, countertops and mirrors. The sheets had paw prints on them and the pillows had human hair strands on them. Would not recommend, but also understand that price per service is also relative.

Great location and value; bugs not so much.

The location and price were great. The clerk at check in (we got there late due to delayed flight) was EXCELLENT. The room was updated and very nice. The shuttle did not show up. We had to buy an Uber (said there had been a death in the family so they would not get there until 200 am but we landed late already at 1230 am). We killed two roaches (one in the shower and one in the room). We put our stuff off the floor and kept the room ice cold (they apparently don't like that). We are sealing our bags at home for a week to kill them before we bring them in. But for the bugs, it is a great value

Booked a 2 night stay and my room was changed without my knowledge. They rented my room to someone else while my belongings was in there and they had no explanation on why my room was changed or where my belongings went. Not worth the stay
