This is a higher priced hotel, so I was surprised when my car was stolen from in front of the hotel. At first I thought it was towed, and the first person I contacted at the front desk had an attitude when I was trying to find the car. The whole stay was a disaster. Hot water in shower was also inconsistent. Hotel manager did give us some credit on our bill, as well as a breakfast voucher, but I will not stay here again. Overpriced and not safe. And yes my car was locked and has a security system.

Absolutely not worth the headache or the ridiculously high price tag. Terrible experience. As soon as we walked into our room, we were hit with a strong mildew smell. The bathrooms are clearly not cleaned as evident by mold and mildew in the showers. Our neighbors talked on the phone literally all hours of the night. ten, eleven, midnight, one, two, ... straight through to nine in the morning at which point they then starters blasting music. She was speaking so loud I could hear their conversations word for word. We complained to the front desk on two separate occasions. On complaint two, they finally asked us if we wanted to switch rooms, but then told us they were leaving that day. So we conceded and said we don't need to move if they'll be checking out later that day. Well, the people did not check out. As a result we did not sleep for three nights straight.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - they deserve a 10. However, the property has several problems. I went to take a shower and the shower diverter handle fell off as soon as I touched it. I was in a time crunch so I used the valve to control water temperature. I tried to contact the front desk using the phone in the room, but nothing on it was labeled and every button I tried produced a busy signal. The WiFi didn’t work either. On my way out I advised the front desk and they sent someone to repair the shower while I was out, which was much appreciated. When we retired for the evening I had a very hard time locking the deadbolt on the door- I am not in anyway disabled,, the door is not properly installed. My husband is much larger than I and was able to get it locked. The next morning I tired to leave the room and let my husband sleep. But I could not get the deadbolt to open. Ultimately my husband had to get up to open it. This is a fire hazard- so I did inform the front desk upon checkout. Also, my husband took a shower that morning but the repaired handle at the hottest point did not produce anything hotter than lukewarm.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have had in my 56 years! It started poorly and got worse. Starting with being told there was no parking available. No options presented. Then at 3:30am there was a major disturbance. After several calls to security, I attempted to ask them to stop ending into a physical altercation. Follow up to security from that altercation left unfollowed up. The next morning I was told “it was “NYE” at they only had one security person. Well, they also only had one bartender that night and the next morning only one person at the coffee bar. Clearly poorly managed and poorly staffed. When told that they had multiple calls for security on other items, but they did call the police. Just no viable reason why they would handle the situation the way they did
