Very private single family home located less than a 10 minute drive from Aronimink Country club and 20 minutes into Philly. Easy Uber or bike ride to the course. Located in Marple township on the border of Newtown Square the property sits on 1.5 acres with a creek running through the backyard. The home was fully renovated in 2019.

Spacious 4 bedroom 3.5 bath sleeps 8-10 people. Home includes a primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. There is also a queen bed junior suite with ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms share a hall bath with a jacuzzi tub. Both the second and third bedrooms have queen beds. There is also a private outdoor shower.

The house offers a uniquely oversized dining room which can seat 16 people. The open style kitchen flows into the den for a comfortable family feel. There is a formal living room as well. Large screen TVs are in the living room and den for your use. TVs are in each of the bedrooms and screened in deck. The basement houses a gaming set up with 2 large screened TVs as well.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort.
Streaming service is available through Hulu.

An above ground pool is on the property for use as well depending on the weather.

Plenty of games for your friends and family. There are board games, mini basketball hoops, a pool table, poker chips, darts and more!

You will have access to the garage which has a treadmill, exercise bike and some handheld weights.

The home has a large screened in deck with ample seating including a 6 person table along with couches and recliner chairs.
