I reserved a King bed and got 2 twin beds. Also the room smelled like cigarettes and weed. I had asked for an extra wash cloth and never got it. Neither of the beds hd a comforter and the room was FREEZING! I had to turn on the hot shower on to heat up the room beacause the heater was barely kicking out heat.. I hope i can get some type of reimbursement, but i highly doubt it..

I reserved a king sized bed and ended up with double twin size beds. Then i walk into my room and it smelled of cigarettes and weed on the floor and in my room. I am very uoset with this.

Hotel reaks of weed smell and smoke even though it is a not smoking hotels. Rooms are in very bad condition with stains all over carpet and walls. Toilet is leaking. Lots of sketchy people there that makes you feel uncomfortable. Overall a very bad experience. Room was cheap but for $25 more I would have gotten a better marriot or hilton. Choice hotels need to monitor their hotels as it is coming a non trusted brand.

Pros: The hotel was lovely the staff great us well and informed us about the basic layout of the hotel what time breakfast was the room smelt fresh a small fridge a coffee maker and what’s needed to make us a cup of coffee the sheets were clean and the pillows were arranged neatly the heater worked well Cons: Parking and this contributed to the 4 stars massively there’s a lot they refer you to walking distance from the hotel where it cost 38$ for 24 hrs 25$ for 12hrs the front desk gave me a receipt to show I was staying at the hotel but it’s a machine u pay for parking so that didn’t make a difference so keep that in mind and there’s also a 100$ hold will be put on your card

We changed rooms 3 times asking for a clean toilet and working heater. It was COLD! The second one also had a dirty tub with a bar of used soap in the corner. The first two times I asked, I was told the motel was FULL. After the 2nd time, I called hotels.com and sent them pictures. They called the hotel and were promised we would get a clean, functional room. We did not. I don't know what the issue is with their toilets and heating/air conditioning units, but the room and the service was terrible.
