Pleasantly surprised

Happily impressed. After reading a bunch of reviews I was concerned that the room would be dirty and have bed bugs. I was happily surprised by what looks like a fresh remodel. You could smell the clean and after checking the mattress found that it was very well protected against critters. My main dislike was that there was no fridge or microwave.

Not a bad place, storms rolled through and knocked the power out on my last night, the fire alarm was going off for hours with no relief and the hotel wouldn’t accommodate for the hourssss the alarms were going off. Other than that, it was ok.

I’ve been trying to contact the property for a week now and they are NASTY over the phone. There was a biohazard in my room. FLUIDS EVERYWHERE. they are giving me the run around in regard to a refund for my “stay”. I would never recommend this location, terrible staff, NASTYYY room and I couldn’t gotta sick. What are those fluids everywhere
