Elaine the manager was Understanding And nice to help me out. I needed to change my room size.And luckily that wasn't a problem. The breakfast was good but closes at nine a m. Overall , I would stay there again if I had to be near the airport.

Highly recommend this hotel for families that have to travel in for CHOP services! Fantastic rooms lots of space kitchenette with all the things you need. Safe area and parking AT the hotel!!!! Nice staff and breakfast! Thank you for our great stay!!

While the check in staff were friendly and the process was smooth, we waited almost a half hour at the airport waiting for the shuttle (called for, no driver, they were finally going to call another hotel shuttle but was going to be a longer wait). We ended up taking a taxi. Hallway carpets were dirty with strong odors…take out food? And our room had a bad odor upon entering though the bathroom was large and clean. Bad pillows, dumpy sofa. Overall the staff were very friendly and efficient but Residence Inn/ Marriott needs to make improvements on the property and automatically pay for taxis when their shuttle is not working.

I had the best stay ever at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff and management were absolutely amazing, professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, the service was top-tier, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. This stay truly made my day, and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable experience.
