The staff was very friendly and helpful. The downtown lication was very convenient for shopping and sight seeing. The room could have been a little cleaner. Bathroom ceiling paint was peeling, shower head needed deep cleaning and carpet was stained.

Great experience, overall, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the fragrance used in the lobby was overpoweringly strong. It could be dialed back by half and still be a strong scent. :)

The very late 4:00 check was inconvenient for my early evening event. Although I did gain slightly earlier access, I had to wait until the MORNING of the day I was coming in to confirm this. AND I was astonished that had I arrived sightly earlier, I would have been hit with a $50-$75 extra fee. Given that this was not a super cheap room, I thought this was just greedy. PLUS - a $20 facility fee? Just greedy.

Broken elevator at the wrong time

Came in town for a tournament. The last day the elevators decided not to work properly. Pandemonium on steroids! The staff member had the nerve to get frustrated. Imagine how we all felt?! Smh

We stayed one night and it was a great location. Walkable to everything. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was attentive. The valet guys were very nice and quick to get your car. Only down side was the $10 “credit” that can be used at Art Bar. The bagels were so stale they were almost inedible.
