I was there during a heat wave with a broken air conditioner. I kept getting told soneone will be there to look at it and no one cane. When i checked put i asked for a credit do to be8ng so unconfortable during a heatwave. I was told a manger would call and never did

Non smoking hotel, yet the entire hotel reeked of weed. Roaches in bathroom,and kitchen, which prevented us from being able to use the kitchen. Front desk personnel kept putting off our request for maintenance to spray the room. I understand people need a place to live, but never expected to experience the conditions we had at this location.

Very disturbing Upon my checkout

Hello so upon my check out, I did speak to Ahmed he was the person that checked me in last night when I left the review, it was not to say his services was bad. He did wave my incidentals of $100 but upon me leaving, I felt very uncomfortable with them bombarding me about a review. This is my first and last time staying at this hotel. I never in my life was question about a review by two individuals male about how I reviewed a stay that was very uncomfortable. Overall, the room was clean just a little bit of things here and there but no big deal but I would never stay at this hotel again because them two males that was at the front desk upon my checkout on April 18, 2025 at 10:45 am made me so upset. I am displeased. I work in the hotel industry and I was a receptionist for five years and I never told a guess how I felt about their review upon them leaving that gives them a bad taste in reputation in service and also in coming back to the facility. I give this stay a 3.5.

Very unsafe feeling with people wandering around that seem to live there instead of being guests. The towels when we first had our first room had pubic hair in them and the room was a mess. Had to wait for them to be cleaned to get our rooms in order, that should have been done well before we arrived for check in. Some of the staff customer service is good but there’s two staff members that either don’t know what’s going on/ have a bad attitude. There’s also one specific person that was staying here had put paper on their door with a message speaking about “the Heavenly Father is watching you” very creepy along with another paper saying people need to stop stalking them. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re coming to PA for a vacation or visiting. Please spend your money somewhere else.
